Turn 10 has announced details of what will be in the box for the Forza Motorsport 4 Collector's Edition.

Along with some exclusive cars we're also going to get a glossy book from the Top Gear boys.

The BBC has announced that the fourth and final episode of Doctor Who: The Adventure Games will be released on Christmas Day following the broadcast of the show's festive episode. The final episode is called Shadows of the Vashta Nerada and sees the return of the monsters from Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead.

Kicking off immediately following the cliff-hanger ending of episode three, Shadows of the Vashta Nerada sees The Doctor and Amy materialise just south of London (and about a 1000 miles to the left) inside an aquatic sea-bed colony called Poseidon. The game features a breath-taking plot which surrounds a real-world conspiracy – and, of course, takes place at Christmas.

“We’ve gone all-out for the season finale,” says Steven Moffat, executive producer Doctor Who. “Shadows of the Vashta Nerada takes place entirely underwater – something which would be impossible for the TV series, as water is so expensive. It’s thrilling, terrifying, educational and fun. Just steer clear of those shadows...”

The game is in development at Sumo Digital and you'll find it on the official site on Christmas day.

How's this for a coup over Sony? Microsoft has announced a multi-year deal with Top Gear to feature the brand within the Forza Motorsport franchise.

Gran Turismo 5 may have the Top Gear track this year - but it looks like going forward Microsoft will feature plenty of Top Gear content in Forza Motorsport 3 and future editions of the game.

The first Top Gear content will come in the form of FM3 DLC later this year.
