HAWX 2 Demo Released
You can now download and play the demo for Tom Clancy's HAWX 2 on Xbox 360. Our friends at Ubisoft tell us the demo features two full missions from the full campaign and these are as follows:
Interception Course
Take to the air to intercept a group of stolen aircraft high above the Caucasus Mountains. Right in the middle of this hot spot on the world conflict radar, you will be playing as a Russian pilot in this mission, part of the new multinational cinematic story narrative in H.A.W.X. 2.
Seek and Destroy
Playing from the perspective of the elite US H.A.W.X. squadron, conflict is boiling over in Africa and you are tasked with taking out specific targets with smart ammunition in a treacherous night mission. Take off from a carrier under the cover of darkness and strike against a weapon smuggling operation using precision guided laser bombs.
The demo is available now on Xbox Live and PlayStation 3 owners won't have to wait too long, the PS3 demo will be released on Wednesday.

How was the first HAWX game? It's dirt cheap in the shops, but got average reviews as far as I recall. Worth it if it's a bargain?

No, kill it with fire. HAWX 1 was terrible. But hopefully the sequel will be much better.

Get that. I loved it when it came out. And in fact I recently picked up another copy of it.
