Resident Evil 5 Move Patch Dated

Capcom has announced a September 19th release date for the free Resident Evil 5 patch which enables Move support.

The patch is only available for those with Gold Editions of the game, leaving those with a standard copy to either miss out or drum up the cash for an upgrade - the only comfort being that, after Move's release, all retail Gold Editions will include Move support on the disc, meaning you're all set once you get home from the shops.

It has also been confirmed that co-op multiplayer, whether on or offline, will support a combination of Move controllers and the standard Dual Shock 3, so you don't have to worry if you've only got one set of each and fancy some good ol' zombie killin' with your buddy.
